He has been responsible for formulating strategies, establishing teams, and leading successful deliveries throughout the UK and EMEA. He has also planned and designed components and complete solutions in data management. warehousing, data reconciliation, revenue assurance, and more.

Pradip specializes in service delivery, operations, and process management in the finance and IT sectors. His expertise includes reviewing and enhancing internal processes and systems, and reviewing service level agreements to improve control and grow organizations. His leadership of client projects have increased productivity, reduced waste and delivered results.
